Mullins Library Renewal is not the only construction project the Libraries are up to our elbows in.  Over the first weeks in January, we will be changing links to databases, ebooks, ejournals, and other online resources as we move to OpenAthens authentication for off-campus users. Read more about this big improvement in off-campus access and how to update your own links to library resources.

What this means for our remote users

During the weekend of January 4th and 5th, some links to ProQuest or other databases may not work correctly for our remote users.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

If you are having trouble connecting to library resources remotely, you may wish to login to the campus GlobalProtect VPN while conducting your research.

Still having issues?  Don’t hesitate to contact us.

But wait, there’s more

Also on the weekend of January 4th and 5th, many university online services will be impacted during a generator test being performed by Facilities Management on Sunday, Jan. 5, in the Administrative Services Building (ADSB), which houses the campus Data Center.

Library websites will be affected by this power outage; we anticipate the main library website will be offline from Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon.

During the outage, please check https://uark.libguides.com/down for links to resources and services.
