Congratulations, Lisa!
Last month, Lisa Headstream was promoted to Senior Library Assistant/Serials Coordinator.

Since 1986, I’ve worked in libraries including the main libraries for the University of Arkansas, University of Miami, and Oregon State University. I started as a student employee filing cards and over the years, I’ve worked as a supervisor in both Technical and Public Service departments.

Three Weird Questions:

If you could be any superhero/comic book character, whom would you be and why?

Wonder Woman, she has the lasso of truth.

What’s your favorite guilty pleasure when it comes to candy?

Caramel

What’s the best live entertainment you’ve ever seen?

I got to see meet Louie Bellson and hear him play. He was quite elderly and his fingers were so gnarled that he was barely able to grasp my hand when I met him, but then he got on that stage and was the most amazing drummer that I’d ever heard or seen.

I’m now Library Coordinator in Serials.  We work to ensure patrons can find holdings and locations for Serials publications.
