At the Annual Meeting of the Society of Southwest Archivists, held in San Antonio May 23-26, 2018, Joshua Youngblood was elected Vice-President/President-Elect. He will serve one year as Vice President before becoming President in 2019. SSA is the regional professional organization for archivists from Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona.
Sustainability Tip of the Week
Biking to campus? In the spring of 2013, a Bike Fix-It station was installed near the bike racks on the southeast side of the Arkansas Union. Bike Fix-It stations are compact installations that include a bike hanger, air pump, three wrenches in various sizes, two screwdrivers, a set of folding hex keys, tire lever, and a QR code that links to detailed repair instructions.
