UARK Representatives Attend International Conference on Digital Preservation
Martha Parker reports that she and Angela Fritz are attending iPRES 2015 (http://ipres2015.org/) in Chapel Hill, NC. The conference hasn’t been held stateside since 2009. Parker states, “I am interested in learning and acquiring new resources and ideas to take our digital services to the next level. It is exciting to learn new trends and better formats in which to deliver digital services to our users.” iPRES embraces a variety of topics in digital preservation – from strategy to implementation, and from international and regional initiatives to small organizations. Within this broad topic area, each conference defines a slightly different focus. Thanks, Martha!
